As the winter season begins, we're looking forward to welcoming familiar faces back to Punta Mita, meeting new ones, and sharing a few exciting developments of our own.
This year marks a new chapter for JPM. Alongside our real estate business, we've been creating a space that brings together our interests in architecture, art, design, hospitality, and the people who make this community so interesting.

We've been working on something a little different.
Our new JPM space brings our real estate office together with an art gallery, a cocktail bar, and areas designed for conversations, cultural programming, and private gatherings.
It's a place to meet, exchange ideas, discover something new, or simply enjoy a good drink.

Good drinks. Interesting people. No particular agenda.
The Palm Room is our intimate cocktail space, designed for the kind of evenings that don't need much planning. A comfortable place for friends, clients, and colleagues to connect over a drink.
Expect carefully selected spirits, good music, and an atmosphere that feels more like someone's living room than a conventional bar.
EVERY FRIDAY / STARTING IN NOVEMBER Every Friday starting in November, The Palm Room opens its doors to the local community with live music, great atmosphere, and good times.

Beyond the gallery and bar, we're creating opportunities for smaller, more personal events: private dinners, artist talks, architectural discussions, developer conversations, and collaborations with people doing interesting things in Mexico and beyond.
Our goal is to make the space an active part of the Punta Mita community.
